| Willow Valley Medical Office Building | | DESCRIPTION: Willow Valley Medical Building is a destination medical building of two [2] stories. The facility includes a large ancillary space for a major medical tenant and multiple spaces for individual physicians’ practices. This Project was implemented in the integrated design / construction format, bringing all major entities of the Project team together to share their expertise in all aspects throughout the Project. The major construction elements include concrete slab-on-grade; structural steel framing; metal deck and concrete second floor construction; pre-engineered wood roof trusses; and, a façade which includes pitched fiberglass shingle roofs, a face brick veneer and exterior finish and insulation system [EFIS] accents and upper level finish.
