This new executive suite consisted of 9,988 sq. ft. of new work in an existing shell space

and 4,904 sq. ft. of renovations to existing executive offices on the first floor of the

hospital. The suite contains 22 executive offices with private bathrooms, executive

administrative assistant offices, three conference rooms, a prep kitchen, open office area

and work room. Every office included large panels of art glass that were carefully cracked

on site by a trained technician prior to installation. Art glass was also installed in the

corridor walls and meticulously framed in solid cherry trim with minimal reveals and trim

components to satisfy the design intent. This glass is a unique way of providing

additional light to the offices, while maintaining the privacy required in this sensitive area.

The multitude of curved soffits, columns, flooring patterns and walls complicated the l

ayout requirements, but created a unique office environment.
