Cornerstone Design-Architects began as W.N. Marsh Associates Ltd. Architects in January of 1990, in affiliation with the Horst Group. In February of 1995, the company name was changed to Cornerstone Design Ltd. Architects. In January 1997, Dale R. Yoder, AIA, was named President. It has grown into a cutting-edge, yet client-driven design firm during its 17-year history.
In May 2007, a new chapter was started as Cornerstone Design-Architects underwent an ownership restructuring, becoming an employee owned company with a goal of providing even more dedicated levels of client commitment. The new ownership consists of Dale R. Yoder, A.I.A. President; Adam Kerr, AIA, NCARB, LEED®AP, General Manager; and Julie R. Parker, Vice President of Operations. In November 2007, the firm moved its corporate offices to 48-50 West Chestnut Street, Lancaster PA. Today the story continues to grow.
