Lancaster, PA | Completed Spring 2007 | Renovation: 28,700 square feet
Converting an abandoned chicken hatchery with low flat roofs into a fully function church building with high volumes required creative and visionary thinking. In an effort to keep the overall cost of the project down, the owner decided to construct most of it with volunteer labor. Cornerstone provided the drawings needed for permitting and detailed sketches as requested throughout construction. The result – a unique building that revitalizes an unused property and provides new uses for existing building materials.
