Atglen, PA | Completed September 2012 | 2,400 square feet
The primary design goal was to give an up to date appearance to a building that had a 1960’s look. Initially, the upper level walls were going to be preserved with a new roof system, as the primary exterior changes and manufactured stone/E.I.F.S. cladding. The contractor suggested that it would be more cost effective, to rebuild the upper walls, and gain better insulation value as well. The renovations resulted in a transformed look that was pleasing to the client and gave their business a noticeable presence along a busy highway.
